You are in Canada SINCE 2012. So how your case could be compared to applications from OUTSIDE of Canada?

i came as a foreign worker and now transferring to study visa, so i have applied online from within canada.

I am happy for you.. I have a question: did you apply just for you and did you have any dependents along?
Cause I am applying for myself as a student (changing conditions from worker to student) and applying for my wife OWP (changing her status from visitor to worker) from within Canada
