Hi the situation is
I applied for my PGWP within 90 days time.
Current processing time for PGWP is 70 days. (May increase)
Right now my study permit and sin is expired.
I have a possibility of getting a new job offer from employer.

Can I start working with my expired SIN number and being on implied status?

yes i would like to know as well as, I am edging close to that situation....waiting on my PGWP (106 days paper application) with my documents close to expiration.

Yes you can work with a expired SIN but its just convincing your employer to let you work on a expired SIN.

Another question, I applied through paper base because I saw where some people where complaining about not being able to upload their supporting documents through the online profile, now I am about to move to another Province and want to inform IRCC about this change, how do you propose I do it? I haven't received any information regarding my application status either.

If you have received AOR for your application then you can update them online through ECAS. If you didn't received any confirmation from CIC yet then I suggest to wait til they email your AOR
