Applied for Canada Visit visa/ TRV 3 months back but still status show background verification ongoing

Hi I'm Md Razadul Islam from Bangladesh , last september'23 I have applied for visitor visa canada with my kid and wife but still status show background verification ongoing. Normal lead time for application processing 59days, which is already over. Please help me where I can place my quarry.

Raise a webform. Background checks can take many month to verify that all documents are authentic plus immigration checks. Processing times are a guideline and states that most are processing within normal times.
