Applied for Bridge Open Work permit after Express Entry

Hello,

I applied my PR application on June 3 and then applied for my Bridge Open Work Permit on June 18, 2017 (Yesterday). I received an online confirmation stating that its submitted. However, I did not get an acknowledgement from CIC with an application number. Usually, you receive the application number in a couple of hours of submission.

Do you think there could be a problem? What shall I do to fix it. My work permit expires in 5 days!

Hey - It's in the process, I applied less than a month ago so hopefully, I should have it in the next 40 days.

Hello, it took a couple of days for them to give me the application number so if its just been a couple of days since you submitted yours, give it a day or two before you contact CIC.
