The VO picks up the file near DOB of the applicant....has happened to lot of people before, some getting DM some getting Medicals some getting a query...

even my file was picked up a day before my DOB...

just an observation...so people who's DOB are coming watch out..

Hello forum members!

I've received my PR visa and plan on landing between March and June, but perhaps I'll need to land, travel back to my home country and then return to Canada later to actually stay.

Does anyone have information about how this works, what the rules are, or perhaps a recommendation to about another thread in this forum?

Compiling all your answers, we can assume that....

Most of those couples who are married within 5-6 years without kids and the wife's passports do not have the spouses name in them (It is my guess, check your wife's passports and maybe I am correct this time :p ), get a marriage query.

That's still news! How did you find out?

Absolutely no word on my end! Every time I email them they respond by saying 'your application is being processed thank you for keeping correspondence to a minimum"
