as Sonir said...i too advice to drinklot of water before Medical Exam....not a joke....serious...it works....infact for me i just went without breakfast....n dint even drink water....they asked for urine sample once again...n asked to drink lot of water..which i did...n everything was ok

I don't know if they have just written it like this in ECAS or they have made a mistake everywhere. My email is the best, instead of @ yahoo.com, its @ yaho.com

I am hoping they have written my address on Ecas incorrectly and have the correct one in my file. I was thinking of contacting them once again if I ever go in process... I have written to them too many times and don't want to get them angry now... Any advice would be welcome.

I guess: When sending any mail through USPS, it will be written in US format.

2) yahoo vs yaho: I dont think they are dumb to make a mistake while sending you an email. They shoul be aware of yahoo.com other wise they are not worth to stay in US.

YES....n the living example is ME.

it was for work permit....the reason i will tell later..it was not my fault at all...nor NDVO's

I even got refused for PR once....il tel reason later....even though i got 13 points more than required i was refused...its pure destiny...infact unbeleivable real story of mine

this is 3rd time i am applying...n alhamdulilah i got MR/PP request...i hope everything goes well inshallah.

I disagree, I think it's up to all of us to hold CIC to account. Canadian Citizen or not, under Canadian law we are all entitled to Due Process, which protects us from mistreatment. Canada is also one of the least corrupt countries in the world, and the culture is the same as in most English speaking countries: If someone complains strongly, they will realise they're at fault and try to fix it, rather than lashing out at the person. This is standard procedure across most Canadian businesses and government departments.


P.S. Can someone update my status on the spreadsheet?

So happy that FINALLY something is happening. Come on Buffalo, lets get it done!

As I sidenote, I sent Buffalo an email asking what was happening, the first one back in October. They didn't reply for a month, so I sent them another one, this time threatening to file an official complaint if they didn't respond (in big red text). That one got them to reply and may be the reason the ball is rolling on my application again.

I will be RBVO for 6 months on 21 December. Can I send a CSE to London myself or do I have to go through my consultant - I was unaware of this forum before I started my application!

Hi Siobhan! We'been RBVO for 8 mths (march to oct 2011), Lvo never replyed to our queries, I'd advice just to wait, they have their own plan, very hard to predict and explain. It also depends what type of person immigration officer you'll get, best of luck to you!!! Just keep informing them of any changes in your personal circumstances.
I think if your personal details are shown in e-cas then you can send case specific enquiry yourself, but if your agent's details are shown then you should contact him to do it for you.

Can somebody please advise how to ask LVO if they received our original Pcc and bank draft, I'm not sure how to do it diplomatically. If i ask straight forward I know they won't answer. Thanks very much
