I got the reply from NDVO today for my Case specific inquiry send on 17.11.2011 regarding the Medical Request by e-mail and without any Photograph on that.

They confirmed that if they send by e-mail, they will not send the same by regular post.

Good to see that they have replied my inquiry within 2 weeks.
