Why do some cases take longer than others...??

While going through my CAIPS report I noticed that my file was initially opened in June 2011,, and as the Visa Officer had some doubts about a certificate, so he referred it to some outside agency for verification and time alotted to them to report back with investigation report was ONE YEAR (June 2012). I was shocked to read this. Thankfully the investigation officer (third party) did the investigation in October 2011 and submitted report immidiately after verifications were completed. So meds were released in Nov..

This might,,, might be the case with other files where activity seems stagnant..

no one telling information I left it to NDVO and Uni only no follow up if GOD permit I will join your people in CANADA or settle in India...... but I will continue in this forum always becoz got good friends here .....

Bulk Rejction for Pre June 2010 applicants....gawd.

My friends sister is a Pre June 2010 applicant.......she is a Nurse.....i check her eCAS status.....just now i checked her status n it shows.

Name .....Decision Made
Name.....Application recieved.

No MR for her.

I checked April2010 forum.....wat i see March/April/ June of 2010 applicants status changed to DM ....this month.

BULK REJECTION....toooo BAD


...still one has to wait for official confirmation (letter) from NDVO

This is not the way to clear backlogs

Dear Vari and others who have just got into InProcess and have not got medicals yet,,

Please do not worry,, NDVO publishes MR letter on day they change status to InProcess but posts it later.. In my case the MR letter was stamped as 4th Nov but the posting stamp on envelop was 9th Nov,, and it reached me on 11th Nov. So just relax ,, give it around 10 days and i am sure you would get MR and other requirments...

Hehehe, I'm just one of the long lost positive girls out here in Holland...
But sometimes it gets to me, and I just want to shout it out of frustration!!!
Some doctors say it's healthy too so why shouldn't I?
But hey, the sun is finally shining here instead of staying in a big cloud of fogg for days!
Hmmmm, maybe that's the reason of my little depression....?

I know our day will come, one way or the other...
Even if this means I have to get those meds results in Londen myself!!! ;D
But, hopefully London will wake up after reading our enquiry and will review our meds ASAP!

Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone who's waiting to get a shiny and sparkling Visa for Christmas!!! :-*
