Yup, I have planned to get my credentials assessed by the relevant authorities and get a provincial license to practice, once I get PR Inshallah.

actually I am interested to know if there is any summary form to be filled, since the letter I received does not specifically asks the summary form but there is a web link under RPRF heading which o[ens a summary form,

You can do your medicals anywhere but if you are asked to carry out extra examinations, you have to use the same doctor.

Probably not. Why not do it in the USA, go to India for 5 weeks, then return to USA to await further instructions.
