Application submission & Fees payments.

I am Indian citizen, working in Saudi Arabia. I want to apply for Canada PR VISA under skilled worker category 1.

Is it acceptable to pay fees myself initially at the time of submitting application to "Centralized Intake Unit, Nova Scotia, B1P 1J3 Canada"? Can I add fees for spouse & children at later stage?

In which country I have to submit my final application with certificates, CHC- London or India? Which is advisable?

you can only comply with the instructions about how much to pay, how to pay it and when to pay

also point of application is directed in the instructions

just follow the requirements
