I dont think so, but u can try with your uci number.

If you haven't received AOR, most likely your file is not opened by CPC-Sydney yet and thus not in the system yet.

Normally you can check your status about 2 days after you receive AOR. But as suggested above, you can try using your Client ID.

Correct. No AOR = No filenumber = No status check.
