Well.. to be honest, ab itna time nahi hai k embassy medical call send karay aur before 24 visa issue karay.. either they'll call for deferral or straight away reject it. My decision was made on 30th and got documents on 2nd.. this is GREAT, coz last time, it took 30 days to get back my documents! .. I don't mean to hurt someone's feeling, but, like me, DO NOT expect a good outcome.. it will help you recover back very very easily. Numbers are showing that they are discriminating among applicants, than simply.. F them.. we're trying to escape from here.. in order to avoid all the Bull*censored word* we're facing here in Pakistan, which includes dishonesty, corruption, and at the very first stage, i.e., CHC Islamabad, we're facing the same 5hit.. so what's the point than.. ? Isn't it ridiculous !

Hi everyone out there without take much time I stating the problem

I have done Inter Commerce and Bachelors of Commerce off 2 years plus I am ACCA finalist right now.

I applied for LSBF Canada in ACCA program so I can complete my remaining papers they there. I got the letter and everything was set I submit my case on 11th June 2011 and got my refusal letter stating the "your letter of acceptance will be expire during the process so, we are unable to proceed further"

Without delaying I asked LSBF to issue me new LOA off next intake they send me revised LOA end of August and again I gather my documents ascend them and re-submit my file on 7th Sept 2011 and this time again I got my refusal letter on 30th Nov 2011 stating that VO is not satisfied with my financial status and employment status.

Although I have submit my 90% fee in advance all I have to pay remaining 1500$ plus I showed 20,000$ Bank statement and my course duration is of 16months only.

As, I have no intention to join any company in this time as I am complete student till date. I don't know how should I place my employment status?

I have now two options:
1. Justify above reasons and re-apply in same course for next intake

or

2. I search various university in past few days and University of Lethbridge ask me to submit my documents for this program "http://www.uleth.ca/ross/ppgs/acct_cert.pdf" and the board will decide weather they accept or refuse my case for this program

or is there any other options from anyone I will look forward to it as well.

Yaar,, ye jo employment status hai,, it means proof of funds....!!! Means k jo funds app nay bataaiey hen for ur studies un k legal sourses kiyaa hen,, if u show ur father statement tou us mai un kaa jo Business thaa us ko show karnaa thaa,,

Employment status is bull5hit reason.. All Ontario applicants got the same reason. Funny thing, I've shown the same job in my last failed application.. and the one I applied in May.. I got employment status reason in this one and not in the previous one. So .. it's all damn lame reasons.

I think the student visa quota for the year 2011 is finished that's why they are rejecting visas

My medical is on 8th december and my classes are starting from 3rd Januay, What are the chances that i get my VISA before that???

Why so late for medical .. You must have tried for earlier appointment or must have gone to Islamabad for medical .. But InshaAllah you will get before 25th .. Hope for the best
