Application Rejected. You won't believe why.

My Crim background in the US was done on 1 Aug 2018. As at 1 August, I was still in the US...and arrived in my home country on 2 August. They rejected my application claiming the check was done prior to me leaving the US. I even had a request for biometric screening.

What should I do?

Nice clickbait headline. You were rejected because you were still in the United States when the background check was done - and if it actually was done on August 1, then it was requested before August 1, surely.

Of course I can believe that.
You left the country AFTER the check was done, and they were right.
