Hi All,

We are planning to immigrate to Canada under Sikilled Woker system. We are Indian nationals.
I am currently qualifying with a score of 67. My spouse currently works for MNC and her company has office in Canada. She can get a transfer to Canada. I plan to arrive in Canada and search for a job.

I would request the forum members to help me on the below queries
As my wife can come through her company, should i apply for her in my application form?

FSW Canada PR is family visa. You both should apply together. Processing time for PR is 6 to 12 Months.

Processing time for Work permit is 2 to 4 Months if employer is known and ready.

If your wife get Canada Work permit before getting permanent visa, You can go with her as her dependent in case of only she get the job in Skill Level O,A or B.

If she get the job in Skill Level C or D, She can not sponsor you. She must go alone in this case.
