I am going to apply for canada PR through AINP under US visa holder (H1) category.
Please help me to find out the correct forms need to submit at first.
I found the followings:
1. AINP 009A: Strategic Recruitment Stream - U.S. Visa Holder Category Application for Provincial Nomination (Original)
2. IMM 0008 Generic: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (Photocopy)
3. IMM 0008 Schedule 1: Background/Declaration (Photocopy)
4. IMM 5406 Additional Family Information (Photocopy)
5. IMM 0008 Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees (Photocopy)
Supporting Documents Required
1. A copy of the valid passport for you and your accompanying family members.
2. A certified copy of (USCIS) document to show the expiry date of your visa.
3. A certified copy of your Degree, Diploma, Certificate or other documents regarding your education and training.
4. A copy of any document(s) from your current U.S. employer demonstrating your current job title, the main duties of your job, and the education and work experience necessary to do the job.
5. A copy of recent pay stub(s) from your current U.S. employer.
5. A copy of reference letters from any previous U.S. employer(s).
Is there anything else i need to send them in the application package? Plz let me know.
