Application Number Changed

I submitted Visa application on Humanitarian and Compassionate basis.

After 2 days I recieved and email that ""your application number is changed from V******* to S******. You will recieve passport letter shortly""

"S" is mostly for student visa applications and for Humanitarian & Compassionate basis it should start from "H".

Please let me know why they changed to "S" and what I should do.

Please advice.
