Application in process, still waiting for the exam materials

Dear all,

Here is my on-line status :



We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 4, 2014.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on April 4, 2014. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on May 20, 2014.


But still I have not received the study book. Any idea/clue ....how long it may take

Is it really vary between local offices to proceed? I'm at East york, toronto may be under St. clair Ave. East office or Scarborough (Not sure)

when were you able to check your online status? after week or two or more from sending it?
