I am now final checking my completed forms and supporting documents and hope to send my application to CIC this week. It may sound stupid question, but please help. I double check on the application guide and the checklist of document, I find repeatedly it reminds 'please answer all questions' - this make me now wonder if I should also submit the following forms which are listed on the guide and the checklist but in fact not applicable to my situation. Should I still print out the following forms and mark 'not applicable' and submit it as a complete application pack to CIC?
- Form 5409 Declaration of Common law union (not applicable to my situation as my husband and I are legally married with formal marriage certificate)
- Form 5476 Use of Representative (not applicable as we don't use representative)
- Form 0008DEP and Form 5406 (both not applicable as I will be the only applicant without any dependent nor family member to include)
