Application form filling doubt - Additional Family Information IMM 5406

Hi,

I am filling Additional Family Information IMM 5406 form for my spouse.
Regarding Section c - Brothers and Sisters, according to the guide " Important information. If you are filling out the Application for Permanent Residence from within Canada – Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada Class (IMM 5289), do not complete this section."

But my wife has one sister. My question is I need to give my wife's sister details or not?
Please give some advice as early as possible.

This instruction applies to Family Class applicants, not CEC. So it depends - are you a CEC applicant? If yes, then, yes, you do need to fill out that section.
