Hello,
whether anyone knows the way the Visa Office can verify the notarized copies of the papers from work submitted for the application? Will it be done in the written form or by a phone call?
Please do advice. Thank you.

Please do reply if anyone knows, the matter is that the person who signed all the papers is going away on several months holiday, & I am just getting worried what can possibly happen.

why do you worry about this if you submit genuine documents?

I just worry what happens if they cannot contact him, I don't want them to think that the papers are fake.

Note: That the CIC, in my view, don't think about anything. They actually verify and they have there own reliable sources. The mere fact that they are not able to contact a person is not negative. They will give you a chance maybe by calling you for an interview etc.
You should not worry as long as you are sure that you have "no skeletons in your cupboard".
