“This is positive news for people currently without job offers or provincial nominations, but I would encourage any eligible candidates to create their Express Entry profiles so that they may take advantage of this potential opportunity.”

But in a longer run the score for ITA will be decreasing because applicants with 800+ scores will go to the almost end. (There are not many high qualified professionals and trades who ,even with a work in Canada, are able to get LMIA for EE)
