I have 367, and in june it will be 362 because of age. The hope is only I have.
I'm trying to improve my IELTS score. It's only thing I can do.

Right now I have 333 without Spouse ECA.
What should you people advise for spending 40~45k (PKR) for getting 8~9 points. Are these points have any worth.

Friends, honestly speaking, in my opinion, we at below 400 have an extremely slim chance. EE is for top-ranked profiles. Without pnp & lmia, those 500+ or even 400+ are considered high-ranked (out of 600). We could get ITA but not sure in what year... while we lose points by getting older... we could get ITA if there is a high demand to our noc and the supply is less.

Best we can do is to get pnp or lmia. Cic provided jobbank match service to possibly help us on this. If they inted to invite everyone who passed the basic criteria (eg. 67 for fsw), no point to emphasize that the ee draws are for "top-ranked", unless they change this criteria.

Wish I am wrong. Lets see more draws so we can have a better understanding.

My score is 340 and I am planning to increase it by giving IELTS again and adding my spouse qualification points. My category is 0013. Not sure if we will be able to get ITA or not.

same here started our application last year of July. sadly we were not able to pass our application
until the deadline of dec2014 with the old process. we had to save up for our settlement funds, ielts and the eca.

enter express entry. trying to remain positive but this new EE is indeed depressing.
it's like getting a job permit first before getting the chance to be an immigrant.
it's almost impossible to score high points and be one of the top ranked without a LMIA or PNP.
unless ee candidates that has this dont run out. us EE peeps without it has zero chance.

let's give it a couple of more draws though and lets see the trending

Folks dont be negative. I've 332 points as a single applicant people with higher points usually have a spouse.

I spoke with a recruitment agent who deals with a lot of companies and he said its gotten very difficult for employees to sponsor workers. To me that looks like the points will come down dramatically . the economys slowing here so hopefully that results in less applicant's thus boosting our chances . Canada needs 150,000 new immigrants this year so far they've invited 1500 .we'll know a lot more in a month or so.
