Important Question

Is there anybody who can answer this question?

I am going to apply for PhD stream while I am RA-ing and TA-ing for more than 3 years in University of Ottawa. I am in the middle of filling out the application package and came to this question which I don't know the right answer:

In the form SCHEDULE 3, number 9 asks:
a) Have you previously worked full time in Canada for at least one year in an occupation that is listed in Skill Type O or Skill Levels A or B of the 2011 version of the National Occupational Classification (NOC)?
Should I consider my RA and TA experiences as Levels A or B OR not?

Hi All

I have two questions for you. I am going to apply for PhD stream while I am RA-ing and TA-ing for more than 3 years in University of Ottawa. I am in the middle of filling out the application package and came to these questions which I don't know the right answers for them:

1- In the form SCHEDULE 3, number 9 asks:
a) Have you previously worked full time in Canada for at least one year in an occupation that is listed in Skill Type O or Skill Levels A or B of the 2011 version of the National Occupational Classification (NOC)?
Should I consider my RA and TA experiences as Levels A or B OR not?

2- In the Generic application for, what immigration office represents Ottawa office? CPP-O or CPC-O?

Thanks for your time in advance!
I answered that question with YES. For the Visa office, I believe CPC-O is just a new name for CPP-O; it is now a "Case Processing Centre" not "Case Processing Pilot" as before. I think u should use CPC-O.
Good luck

Man, Just last night I told you your timing is maxing it out. LOL.
Congratulations!
So finally how many months after your medicals?
Do you now know why your case was so special, or it's gonna be a secret?
Did you receive your Medicals?

:)

I got my Medical Request today.

The earliest time to book an appointment with panel physicians is in June!!! I do not know if it is because of summer vacations, or high number of applicants.

Congrats! There are some centers that are first-come-first-serve. I went to one of those on the day I got the medical request.

307 days after medical.

According to one of the officers, i.e. RK***, the security information came in a few days after my Jan. 8th due date. As the officer had already updated the file, they put it in the queue for the next due date April 8th. The officer finally updated our file today, and sent out the e-mail. Yeah, the background information was sitting there for 4 month for nothing :(. If they had received the background information a few days sooner, we would have heard 4 month earlier.
Not nice certainly. Cuz usually delaying due dates is about 1 month each time, or 2 months at max. 4 months is unfair.
Anyway, for your case it took almost 10 months. If we subtract the 4 months from it, you would have got it 6 months after your medicals which would have made sense.

No longer matters, you have it now. Enjoy :)

RAing/TAing are not full-time work, but they are in Levels A or B. My answer was no.

Yes, as you said I got it yesterday, 1 day after the RPRF email. And I did my medical tests today. Called a few places and two of them had free spots for today.
