AOR not recieved

Hello,

I have a question about AOR. We sent our documents to Mississauga Case Processing on May 10th through Canada Post Express with tracking. I checked tracking on May 12th and it says was delivered on May 12th with a signature of a mail room guy. But we still didn't get AOR. Should we be worried and call/email them? How long does it takes for them to send AOR.

Relax. It hasn't even been 20 days since they received it yet. Plenty of people don't get AOR until 20-30 days and a few don't get AOR until after that or not at all. Wait until it's been 43 days since they received it in the mail (the official processing time for SA on the CIC website). If you haven't received SA by then, call them.

No problem. It took about 30 days for one April person to get AOR. You should probably be getting it within a week or two, but the times that are normal for AOR change all the time.

Yeah. They like to change everything all the time. Hope to get it soon.
