AOR not received post submission

Hi

I have submitted e-APR on 25-Apr and payment was successful. Its been 24 hours but I haven't received AOR.
I contacted the IRCC, but the agent is not able to find any information that I submitted the application and asked me wait for 5 working days.

Anyone experienced similar issue ?

Any suggestions on next steps
