Its SINP Outland. Must be outside Canada.

Maybe PPR emails come from local VO only ?

How would I find out my local VO office?

I always though that all communicaton comes from CIC in Canada up until the ppr and final decision.
I don't thing local VO-s are the ones to send PPRs.

Am i wrong?

Is your residence USA? If yes, the local VO is CPC-Ottawa.

PPR, and even RPRF in most cases, come from LVO. Almost all the review process is being done simultaneously in CPC-O and local offices (Canadian Mission).
