Will u please explain what u select wrong in WES ECA in ur first file, and also please tell after how many days of AOR ur 1st file was refused

I was refused on 150th Day (5 months) and below is what i had posted ........



This i had posted when i was refused....

My last App got refused on the below grounds,

"" Citizenship and Immigration Canada invited you to apply for permanent resident status based on
the qualifications you claimed in your Express Entry profile. Those qualification claims and the
accompanying Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points awarded were summarized in your
invitation letter dated July 10th, 2015.
In your Express Entry profile you indicated that you held a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s
Degree. The ECA you have provided confirms your educational equivalency as 2 Bachelor’s
degrees.
In accordance with section 11.2 of the Act of the Regulations, I am refusing your application
because I have found that you do not meet the criteria set out in an instruction given under
paragraph 10.3(1)(e). This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of points that brought
your rank below the lowest ranking person who was invited to apply in your round, under the
Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System ""

EDU DETAILS:

Master in Communication Studies (Fulltime 2years)
Bachelors Of Commerce (Full time 3 years) both from India and below is what WES Report said which i had misinterpreted earlier and had put degree as "Masters Degree pr professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession.

WES Report:

Master of Communication Studies - Canadian Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (Four Years)
Bachelors of Commerce - Canadian Equivalency : Bachelors Degree (Three Years)

So on the basis of the above refusal in my new profile i have selected education credentials as,

Master in Communication Study as : Two or More Certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three years or more.

And Applied again with 456 Points , got ITA on 13th Jan and AOR on 22nd Jan, Passed Meds on 27th Jan.

I am not sure whats going on in my Application...

To update the Landing Validity my File was moved from Ottawa to NVDO..Passed the Re-Medicals on 8th June and again my file has been moved to Ottawa....

BG Still not needed at this time..

Its my 2nd and i complete 5 months today.

You attract what you say.

There are thousands of people who are hoping to get the CRS points just to qualify for ITA.

Although waiting for PPR might be tough, you need to reflect and be grateful for the fact that you were invited to apply and that there is a huge probability that you will be granted Canadian Permanent Residency.

You need to believe that you will get it.

Smile, and find opportunities to laugh and be happy.

I don't think m getting ppr...
Almost all pnp outlands have got ppr from January group.

Hey, don't panic! All of us from Jan groups who still haven't got PPR are crossing the 5 months mark somewhere soon and it doesn't mean you or any of us are going to get rejected.

I am FSW outland and as far as I can see this category is the slowest ever, cause my peers started getting pprs just recently.

So stay strong and keep the faith. We're gonna get the PPRs hopefully by the end of JUne!

@ CJS..ur word seems true..as I mentioned lot many BGs went in progress..and CPC Ottawa is about to rain PPRs.
