My exact same situation. RPRF Oct 20th and no news afterwards. I even got the job bank e-mail on the same day as you.

I just analysed the tracker for FSW Inland. People who did not pay the RPRF upfront for FSW Inland haven't got the PRR. Maybe our turn will come after others.

I submitted some extra documents for my wife (as requested by CIC) on Feb 15th. I am Sept 1st AOR. Still waiting.
