I have similar timeline as you. In my ecas 4th line was added regarding application submission. Are you inland applicant? Have you paid RFPR fee?

Hi Alpha,

I'm an outland applicant from Belgium (Paris Visa Office then) , although I passed my medical exam and language tests while I still was in Canada.

I paid the 1040$ on July 16.

Hope we'll get the PPR soon!
