As per your notes your R10 (completeness check was passed) and your criminality was passed too.abhay.sudhakaran said:Hi All,
I recently got GCMS notes for my Express entry application which is currently in process. Can somebody help interpret these comments for me. I am trying to understand if there are any issues I should be concerned about here. Any help would be appreciated...

Also I have shown proof of funds more than the eligibility. The only issue i can think of is that i accidentally stated 15,000 as the amount in the application form instead of the actual minimum amount which is 15,143 stated on cic website.

However during your eligibility check there has been a concern with respect to the prof of funds. However, if you are a CEC candidate yo do not have to show proof of funds, but only that you are employed in Canada. <http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp>
I have seen this comment on some applicants who are CEC, but in your case I am not sure if you applied under the CEC or the FSW.
Apart from this everything else is good and your eligibility is cleared.
how? I can't edit my row.andy108 said:Guys who has status updates and yet is not on the PR Tracker - please do add your details.
Can you tell us a little more about what documents you presented and what was teh balance on those.abhay.sudhakaran said:Thanks for your response.
I have applied under FSW. Is there anything that I can do to clear any doubts that officer has. Because my proof of funds are more than the minimum requirements, its just that in the application form I wrongly mentioned 15000 instead of 15,143(minimum for family size of 2)
what does A11.2 decision: Met in the below comment mean

Yes, you can send a CSE with a detailed explanation about the POF. Mention that you noticed i the GCMS notes (specify the date of the note) and provide an explanation. However, it could be the case that the documents you submitted were not found satisfactory by the officer and there is a detailed discussion about PoF on a thread on this forum.abhay.sudhakaran said:Thanks for your response.

A11.2 refers to the section 11.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act which deals with eligibility. As in whether an applicant has met the requirements for the program under which the application is filed. Since the PoF is not a part of the eligibility or the act, but an administrative order evaluated by the Minister of Immigration from time to time in accordance with the inflation and cost of living index, your eligibility is met, but they have concerns with your PoF. If you write a CSE and clarify the position, things will be move ahead without issues.
As regards your application in general, you have cleared the two major hurdles of an application evaluation. If your PoF is clarified, you will be closer than ever to the PPR.
All the best!
