If I were you, I would send CSE right away I receive my new passport. And if I get PPR before I will wait for the passport to arrive and send both passports along with an explanation letter. There is nothing to worry.

According to the calculator the average time for FSW outlanders is 82 days. But for this average to happen some applications must be processed before average. But till now there is no news anywhere. Let's see ..

It told me I would receive decision made this week Tuesday to be exact so let's see I guess I am unsure as my bg has not even started

We're inland with dual intent lmia. Aor received August 9. My cic still shows background in progress. Ecas shows decision made, so we're waiting now. Hopefully a positive decision
