Anyone who got a study permit with specific province condition??

I chose the public post secondary school and it has DLI as well.

However, my study permit shows that Designted Learing Inst- AB

I mean, why do they mention that only Alberta? Is that normal?

Do you have any specific province in your study permit as well??
