Anyone waiting for AOR?

Is there anyone here who applied for PR within canada awaiting AOR?
I am looking to see the approx timeframe it takes so any experience you share will be useful. The CIC agent on the phone mentioned it is 12 weeks but I see different information here.

Yes, thats right. When did you submit your Application ? If all your papers are in order then you will get an AOR and a week or two later a medical request.

Yes, thats right. When did you submit your Application ? If all your papers are in order then you will get an AOR and a week or two later a medical request.

The application was received on November 8th 2013, it is a little over 2 months and I havent received the AOR.

I havent received it hence the question if anyone else is experiencing the same. If I send an email it will be more difficult to track my application I reckon but it might be a start.

Application received by CIO Sydney on December 23 2013 . i have not heard any thing so far.

My CIC documents under MPNP received at Sydney Office in NS on 6th January 2014 at 1320 CST. Still waiting for the famous AOR!
