Please explain everything in detail. I am not even clear about your case. Where is your husband? When did you apply? Where are you studying? College University name? Reason for rejection etc. Give all these details then we might be able to suggest something.

you cant work coz u are student u can only 20hrs pr week
how can you sponcer your husband he will also not being allowed to work

to sponcer someone you have to show your own house assets n sound bank balance or u shd be a PR

u havent given ur complete details its very difficult to guess from reasons that u have mentioned without knowing ur financial background ur grades ur husbands profile etc

After reading the whole thread with limited information i can say its the problem of financial. You should improve your financial situation and re-apply again.
