In the Fast Track category, even if you have less than 67 points, you can still make it because the officers use the "substituted evaluation" method...kindly find below the details:
===============================================================================
4. May I qualify under the Skilled Worker category even if I score less than 67 points?
Yes, Canada accepts Skilled Workers based upon their ability to become economically established in Canada. If the Canadian Immigration Visa Officer believes that the point total does not accurately reflect your ability to become economically established in Canada, the Canadian Immigration Visa Officer may use his or her positive discretion (referred to as substituted evaluation) and approve your application even though you score less than 67 points.

However, at a minimum, you must have worked continuously for a period of at least one year, within the last ten years, in a full-time (or part-time equivalent) paid position at a skill level recognized by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Additionally, you must meet CIC requirements to have either (1) one continuous paid full-time year of work experience in the 38 qualifying occupations in the past 10 years; (2) one year of legal residence in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker or International Student and currently be residing in Canada; OR (3) Arranged Employment.

Something fishy, how is that your two years cannot be verified even with reference letters and even with salary slips?
I almost never received salary with check or salary slips, so what? It doesn't mean that I did not work.

It doesn't matter who bought who, find somebody you worked with and ask them to confirm your experience.
To find them use Google, Facebook, Twitter any other social network.

I worked in Uzbekistan in one place 19 years ago. Not only the company is dissolved, even the building is demolished. But I found someone I worked with. Even though she is Germany, and I am in China.
And again 14 years ago I worked for one project I forgot the name. I found a person who headed that project through Google. He is in the States, working on another big project.
And so on ("Wow, you haven't changed!!! How do you do it?!!! How did you find me?!!! ha-ha, that was easy, the guy is a big financial director :) )

Yes, the miracle of Internet.

Guys,

Two weeks ago I was straight-way rejected because VO calculated my ponts as 65 ( Actually I have 67). The visa officer made a mistake in calculating my points. He gave me 10 points for IELTS, but it should be 12. My NOC is 4131, FSW1, applied in Sept. 2009. I have made an appeal for the reconsideration.Let us see the outcome. It is strange to know that someone is being accepted to the point as low as 63. My eCAS changed from "Received by visa office " to decision made on 9th April 2010 and got the rejection letter after 2 weeks. My visa office is Port of Spain.

Hi
I had an interview last month, and vo told me the reason for called an interview was I did not have enough points I only have 65 that why he calculated for me in rough paper just for an idea that I would get how many points in different factors.

My e-case shows decision made. I did not sucess in 65 points
