Anyone applying together with a spouse? I need some advise...

I'm going to study and my wife will accompany me. We were refused on our first time and would like to apply again. We are going resubmit our application here in the Philippines. We need some advice from those who made it through with the same scenario...

We were in another country back then and submitted our application to the philippines. The reasons for me were that I'm not sufficiently well established in that country and my proposed studies are not reasonable. My wife on the other hand, was not able to satisfy the vo that she would leave canada after the proposed period of her stay.
