Ako nga 3 months na. Talagang may delay sa sistema nila ngayon. :(

By march kelangan ko ng mag follow up talaga.
[/quote

Pray nlng muna tayo and think positive ☝

Hala.. Bakit daw? In my case naman, DEC 10 ako nag pass ng papers sa embassy but wala pang medical. Last Feb 18 ako nka tanggap ng medical instructions... And my class will start next week na. Im sure si talaga ako mkaka abot. Thanks sa info though :)
Limited employment prospects in home country saka employment situation ang reasons for refusal ko. Kaduda duda talaga pag nurse.. Ang hirap! Haha. -Nag pa medicals ka na ba? Upfront kasi ako. (Medicals muna before application) Anong balak mo pagdi umabot sa pasukan? Good luck, sana dumating na yung visa mo! Mukhang mabagal talaga ngayon

Limited prospect of employment in country of residence is same as my reason for refusal, so I just explained supply/demand trends in Nursing here, etc etc, I suppose if you have an employer who will take you back after your studies you can include a letter from said employer na may trabaho kang babalikan sa Pinas.
hello mymostcreativename,

From the looks of it , you appear to come from the nursing course. I am an undergraduate up to 2 years college and gusto ko sana mag apply ng Practical Nursing sa Canada. From what you mentioned, you explained about supply/demand and trends in Nurse dito sa pinas. I have a feeling dito ako maddenied due to the reason:

"1. Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India (the country of the applicant) or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans."

I only assume of this palang po, I wanted to include a letter with my application. Can you elaborate what you explained about the supply/demand trend sa Pinas , it might help with the letter I am making. Thank you in advance.

Sorry super late reply. Yes, I'm under a consultancy. Pero if you have time, you can do the process on your own.

Refused due to employment prospects in home country saka employment history/situation. I have roughly 105,000 ++ CAD sa account that I submitted plus 3 yrs na ITR and audits on businesses.

praying for a positive outcome for all of us, fingers crossed

APPLIED: online, December 1 2015
MEDICALS: upfront, October 26 2015 / OB clearance November 06, 2015 / affidavit (for name issues re: my medical documents). November 10, 2015
MEDICALS PASSED: December 17 2015
VISA REFUSED: January 26 2016
RE-APPLYING: (soon!)
Hi! Don't lose hope. I got my Visa on my second attempt. :)

On my first visa application their reason for refusal is due to employment prospects in home country. Then after a month approved.

Now, I'm currently in Niagara College under Winter Intake. Hope to see you here!

Pray Hard It Works :) :) :)

Hello,

This would depend on your profile. If you are currently working, ask for a recommendation letter na your employer would still hire you when you get back and they will support you in your plan. if not, you need to find something in your course that you can apply here when you get back. it is expected naman na mag apply tayo ng post work grad permit, you can indicate there that you may want to experience the corporate environment after you graduate but you still intend to apply what you have learned back to your country. good luck and god bless!

Hi gmm! I have previous work experience na, so I just explained that I wanted to grow in my profession and enter into a special area that is growing more popular every year (ng research talaga ako haha) nag cite ako ng recently opened palliative care centers, pati hospitals na nag iincorporate na ng palliative care sa services nila plus other organizations. Binanggit ko rin na hindi naman mahirap maghanap ng work bilang nurse dito pag may previous experience (and kapit syempre pero di ko na sinabi yun haha) at nag attach ako ng COE ko from my previous work na hindi ko binanggit sa unang application ko (sa SOP rather) tapos konting flowery words pa. Good luck, friend, tiwala lang!
