Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

I am literally back! Na-banned ako sa broadband namin sa bahay. Kaya nakiki-wifi ako sa kabilang bahay to see if I can connect sa forum...Floje and Mic-Mic, and pa'no nyo na-restore yung pagkaka-banned ninyo?Nakakahiya maki-connect sa kabilang bahay.

Yes, your husband can apply for student, owp for you & trv for your son. Just gather the required documents & prove to the VO that you will go home after studies.

my family is here (all) and my husband's is in the philippines. so supposedly we can state this reason for leaving canada after our trv has finished.

I saw some posts before kasi that some are refused if the whole family goes to canada with a student visa only for the main applicant.

so I wanted to have at least 50% chances of success before going through this.

For me, either coming back to the PH or KSA, pero parang mas favorable yata sakin kung sa KSA dahil diyan kayo nanirahan at nagtatrabaho, plus exempted ang KSA sa medicals which could expedite the processing! Hehehe

Depende talaga sa documents, proofs na i.submit nyo kung ma convince ang VO, fortunately na approve ang SP ng GF ko & OWP ko recently, thank God, wala pa nga lang kami anak!

Actually Malaki ang chance Na ma approve kayo. Just make a good SOP and explain Na it's for your hubby's career advancement. Good luck

actually may valid docs din ako for Australia. Unfortunately, when I submitted my request in one state they removed my occupation on the list, nareject tuloy yung application namin. just days after! though pwede pa naman ako dun, medyo nawalan na ko ng gana...

naisip na lang din namin mag asawa kelangan talaga iimprove ang skills and qualifications para mas maganda future.

pasensiya na napakwento na ko. it seems maganda ang samahan ng mga members dito. I look forward to get to know everybody here as well.

plano ko din sana mag aral. kaya lang hubby muna. di na kaya ng budget.

Thank you & you're welcome, sorry to hear about the rejection from Australia, just a tip, kailangan mo lang i.disclose yung rejection sa forms for Canada, answer the forms truthfully.
