anybody transfered the money for gic????

i got the ip refernce numbr....but kotak bank says u need not to transfer the money through them only...i can make transfer from anywhere....i m confused... anyone has a solution???

IS'nt better to take loan instead of GIC ...i knw many people says it increase ur chances but Making GIC is a complicated process that just bring delay with it...
