Any tips on how to get a job

I graduate here in Canada as a Computer Systems Technician in December 2021. Cannot find job in my field or entry level. I am applying for 1 1/2 years now. I have PGWP. I have applied on indeed not selected on several applications but in person it is totally unfair. This month I went to screening interview in a small grocery store. Questions asked the Head cashier my date of birth , experience in dealing with Customers. Although I dont have experience , I treat my friends as a customer or clients because I am doing troubleshooting. And I was confident and I practice what am I gonna say but nothing happens but my cousin who just arrived this April for her studies in May, she got the job . I would like to ask any tips for any job or do you know employment services for PGWP? Thanks. By the way I am located in Ontario.
