Any students got visa, after being rejected for this following reason

"Your proposed studies is not in light with one or more of : your qualifications,previous studies, employment, level of establishment ,language abilities,or future prospects and plans."

Profile :
Proposed studies - Project Management Information Technology at Seneca.
qualifications- B- Tech
Previous studies - Computer Engineering
language abilities - IELTS - 7 band (not less than 6.5 in all)
employment- 3 years work ex.
future prospects and plans - Get PMP certification as the course give's the required PDU's to answer PMP certifications which will help me to get higher pay in my country.
Levels of establishment - Currently handling IT projects where employed.

62% with 7 backlogs all cleared in the first attempt.

7 backlogs doesn't matter if you have applied under spp .how much funds did you show and do you have any gap after your education ? what is the year of completion of your UG.
could you let me know more about your proof of funds ?

No gaps in education completed B-tech 2010. Funds showed approx - 81000 CAD /Rs 44 Lakhs approx
