Any RTD received in 20 business days lately ???

I would like to know if anyone has apply for RTD and has received it in 20 days? I feel like processing time should be faster in 2023. I sent my application for non urgent beginning of the month, I called them they said that background check is half way and is in process, agent said he is even surprised that the processing started this fast, so hopefully I get it by the beginning of November.

Waoooo that’s not a good news, where are you applying from ? also did you send it to the ottawa address I thought in 2023 processing time went to normal ?

Ya I agree with you. It shouldn't take that long so I do not know when I will get it.
Yes I mailed it to Ottawa as instructed in the application.
