What is your reason for H&C? I see your mother has been in Canada on a supervisa and will likely stay the 2 years. You have to have a good reason she can't go home and you can't undertake the normal process for sponsoring parent(s) or inviting as a visitor. We have already established she is relatively young (low 60s) and that she has at least one son in India but likely more family like siblings, cousins, other children, etc. Normally parents apply for H&C when they are widowed, have difficulty caring for themselves and don't have any family around them.
