There is NO INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE STREAM FOR PNP in Nova scotia anymore.

But I have come to know that Even for MEng, you need to arrange a supervisor... Is it true?

I have seen on this forum, that fewer people apply in MEng Mechanical. It is just my personal perception. Is it true? If yes it means I would have to face less competition.

Nope you don't need to arrange for a supervisor for M.Eng programs.
