Sorry off the topic but i notice that you had very similar problem or concern which i am having now regarding passport name ( given name is blank and name is written under surname ) and i have been asked to get the NICOP changed and then the passport can be fixed.


how you managed that ? as i can see you are in canada now means you success fully sorted out the passport issue.

1 year for skilled worker its too much time. it means family stream going to be around 2 years.

i applied one case in dec 2010 did not got nomination yet any idea how long it will take any one got nomination receiently ?

Hello babloo,

You should email them to ask for the status asap. I also applied in Dec 2010, got AOR in Jan 2011, sponsor interviewed in June 2011 then no response till Sep 2011. Then I emailed them and got a reply that my letter was sent in 1st week of July 2011.

My MPNP nomination letter got lost somewhere due to poor postal service

They replied to my email and asked me to email a signed request letter to reissue my result. So I got my letter of nomination re-issued in Oct 2011 (dated July 2011) and it was about to expire sometime in Dec 2011. Luckily I had time to apply to London VO.

Second what is the status now on your Application Status at cic.gc.ca.Did you send any email to CiC reagarding your application status or just wait wait and wait for Passports back because alot of Peoples had get their passports in 4-15 Days few of them got 20-25 which is rear .I don't know what is the strategy behind.is they going for case to case or they put randomly.Anyhow Allah ham sab ke liyai Behtari Fermae.Ameen
