In most cases, when medicals are clear and forwarded by Medical Division to Immigration Division then it is updated on E-cas. Secondly, if no further documents are required and the officer is satisfied by the documents submitted then he will email you step 1.

any one got visa without job offer in Saskatchewan ? how long it takes if u do not have job offer letter ?
i applied in Dec 2010 and only once they ask proof of relation ship then no replay.

I have applied through SINP as well in December and i have no job offer. Got Medicals in August and PPR Step 1 in November.
