any may 2011 applicant got ppr ????

its been almost 17 months,.... my time line below waiting is killing me
AINP file number got an December 29, 2010,
AINP Approved on March 31,2011,
APPLICATION RECEIVED IN BUFFALO , MAY 12, 2011
MEDICAL RECEIVED FROM BUFFALO SEPTEMBER 1st week , 2011,
MEDICAL DONE AND SENT BACK TO BUFFALO ON SEPTEMBER 19 TH 2011,
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT( employer refference letter and notice of assment ) Sent on april 18 th 2011

after that no response ,
ecas says application and medical received .....
any advise wat to do?
