Any hope for CRS 440 With the way things are going?

My score last February was 353. I did ECA and added 30 points. so it became 383.
Tried celpip but couldnt increase my points, same score and nothing changed. Then I did the celpip test again and just got my score.
Now I have 441 points. So never give up and soon we will be invited.

Even I am at 350 please let me know how to increase the score.
My ielts score is as follows.

Speaking--6.5
listening--6.0
reading--6.0
writing--7.0
