Any free services for FSWO in MONTREAL QUEBEC?!

Hey guys, because I didn't apply to the FSW Quebec program (which is different from the rest of the country) I don't qualify for various immigration settlement services offered by the province. My husband and me are FSWO. Are there ANY services that someone knows we can avail in downtown Montreal? Is there any way to obtain services, please do let us know!

I see, my bad for misinterpreting...I got the impression from your post that you were still applying for immigration, but I understand now what you're looking for and why you can't qualify.
