I have received response to my GCMS form and I found "Created date: 2010" and "Created date: 2005" on some pages. Have you seen dates going back many years on your reports? Is this normal?

As much as you and everyone of us love to do that ...we can't and trust me you won't like either at the end.
I used to be one of those who couldn't wait for the coffee machine to pour coffee...now changed 180 degree..
Learnt a lot while trying to wait and enjoy..it's still hard..mind you that I am also waiting for my citizenship which has been in process for 3 years now !!

I noticed that in the holy spreadsheet you have mentioned that you had an telephone interview. May I ask that what sort of things did they inquire on the phone? It is not that I want to be inquisitive, but to have a rough idea of what I might be asked for in case of an interview.

Hi Mehrdad,

Just putting in my two cents here, but as far as I'm aware (and based on what I have read on this forum) with the Ankara visa office, once you see "in process" it's very unlikely you will be asked for an interview. Not to say it would 100% NOT happen, but what I gather is:

the officer opens the file to make sure all necessary documents are there, if so they go ahead and start to read through the file. If not, they will send a request for the necessary documents. If any red flags show up or if they have any questions about what they read in the file they stop and schedule an interview before going "in process". As most here who have had an interview have said that they went in process the day after (or a few days after) the interview. If they are satisfied with what is provided in the file though, then the interview is waived and they check Medical and Criminal - meaning all three steps (Eligibility, Criminality and Medical) are passed on the same day as going in process. Those of us who got GCMS notes all saw that these things were passed the same day of going in process. Now, if something comes up during the background/security check they might asked for more information or an interview. But, I haven't read about such a case here on this forum.
